Returns

We accept returns up to a year!

Jewelry, Swimwear, and Mystery Bags are Final Sale and cannot be returned.

All items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. All returns need the original Order Number and Return Merchandise Authorization Number.

Email info@daffodilwear.com to initiate the return process.

 

Within 30 days of ship date Store credit less $1.99 return shipping.
Within a year from ship date Store credit less $5.99 return shipping. Up to three items per return.
Damage items, email us within 5 days Refund to original payment method. Free return shipping. 

 

 

Within 30 days:

For returns within 30 days, store credit will be issued for the item amount less $1.99 return shipping. Email info@daffodilwear.com within 30 days of original ship date. Include order number in the email and which item/items you are returning. We will send you a shipping label and please send back the return within 7 days of receiving the shipping label. Once we receive the return, please allow us 5 to 7 business days to send the store credit to your email address. All items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.


Within a year:

For returns after 30 days, but within one year, store credit will be issued for the item amount, less $5.99 return shipping. Email info@daffodilwear.com. Include order number in the email and which item/items you are returning. We will send you a shipping label and please send back the return within 7 days of receiving the shipping label. Once we receive the return, please allow us 5 to 7 business days to send the store credit to your email address. All items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.


Exchanges:

For exchanges, please return the original item first and then buy the second item once you receive your store credit.


Damage / Defective / Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. For damaged, defective, or wrong items, please email us within 5 days of receiving your order. Email info@daffodilwear.com with Order Number and pictures of the items with issue. We will issue full refund via original payment method.

The product’s color representation online may vary from the exact color of the merchandise due to photography lenses, lighting conditions, and computer monitor used. Clothing patterns may also vary. These differences do not qualify as defects or damages and will be subject to the same return policies as all other products.


Gifts

For gift returns, please mention in the email that the item/items are gift. If you have the Order Number, we will be able process the return just like any other return. If you do not have the order number, we will issue store credit in the current selling price less $5.99 return shipping and less 20% restocking fee.


Fraudulent / Excessive Returns

We inspect every return item, and we reserve the right refuse returns. Examples are, but not limited to:
- Final sale items: Jewelry and Mystery Bags
- Returns with no Return Merchandise Authorization Number
- Damaged items not returned / initiated within 5 days
- Excessive or fraudulent returns (maximum of three return items per order / address)
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or no tags attached (if tags were originally attached)
- Items with smell such as perfume, pet, smoke, or other smell
- Items with hair, deodorant, makeup, stains, rips
- Items that are in poor or not new condition
- Items returned after one year

Any unqualified return will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense. We reserve the right to deduct appropriate shipping charges to returned items sent back to customer.
